1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the information you provide: name, business email, telephone number, company, job title, country and state/province, the products and quantities you are interested in, your certification requirements, and your message. We also record the page you submitted from and standard marketing attribution parameters (for example UTM parameters and referrer).

3. Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, provide technical documentation and support, and — only where you have separately opted in — to send occasional product and technical updates. We do not sell your information.

4. Consent

Contacting you about your enquiry is based on your request. Marketing communications are based on your explicit opt-in and can be withdrawn at any time. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe mechanism that takes effect within 10 business days (Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation).

5. Transfers outside Canada

We are headquartered in China. Your enquiry data is transferred to and processed in China, where it is handled by our sales and engineering staff. Before launch, this transfer must be supported by a documented privacy impact assessment and this disclosure, as required under Quebec's Law 25 and PIPEDA.

6. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Records supporting consent and unsubscribe requests are retained for at least three years.

7. Your rights

8. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run a cookie-based analytics product. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are actually useful to visitors. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, stores no identifier in your browser, and does not follow you to other websites. Because no personal information is collected for this purpose and no cookie is placed, we do not ask for consent for it.

If we later add any analytics or marketing tool that does set cookies, we will ask for your consent before those cookies are set, and we will update this section before doing so.
