Tell us the target performance, the envelope it has to fit, and the market it ships to — we will confirm what is a configuration change, what needs a development stage, and what the validation programme involves. Send a drawing, a target performance figure or a physical sample, and the engineering team will come back with the answer, including what it means for tooling, lead time and the schedule, and which parts of the programme we can carry in house.
A distributor sent us a physical sample of a damper they were buying elsewhere. We studied the assembly, redesigned it for our own tooling and motor set, and took the programme through third-party listing (ETL) for the North American market. It is now in volume production.

A return grille range was re-tooled from scratch. The new mould raised the consistency of the finished part — edges, fit and finish — and brought the unit cost down once volumes were reached.

The customer needed their ventilation unit to interlock with the furnace the way installers in their market actually wire and commission it. We wrote and validated the control programme, then verified the interlock behaviour on test before release to production.

A private-label thermostat programme built to a specification derived from the mainstream North American controls already on the market: 24V system compatibility, multi-stage heating and cooling, dual-fuel and humidity outputs. Hardware and firmware were developed together and the unit is in volume production.
