2. Certifications and compliance
Certification, listing and energy-performance information is provided per market and per model. Buyers are responsible for confirming that the specific model ordered carries the certification and listing marks required in their jurisdiction.
3. Intellectual property
Trademarks, product names and content on this site belong to FOSHAN QIMIOKE E-COMMERCE CO.,LTD or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission.
4. Quotations and orders
A quotation is prepared against the specification, quantity and destination market stated in the enquiry, and is valid for the period stated on it. Model, refrigerant, voltage, certification requirement and labelling must be confirmed in writing before an order is placed. Where a buyer supplies its own brand or artwork, the buyer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of that material in the destination market, including language requirements.
5. Documentation and language
Submittal sheets, drawings and certificate evidence are issued per model on request. Commercial documents and product documentation may need to be provided in more than one language in some jurisdictions; where that applies, the required languages should be confirmed at the quotation stage so they can be quoted and produced.
6. Governing terms of sale
Sales are governed by the terms agreed in the applicable quotation, proforma invoice or contract, including Incoterms, warranty and payment terms.
